We currently only offer Delivery within Australia or Free click and collect from our store in Mildura

Please note that delivery to PO BOX address is ONLY available for products below 22kg and 1M in length. Please make sure you have provided a correct physical address during checkout on products of excessive size.
Our shipping system cannot accept order changes or cancellation after payment is made. Follow our return policy for more information.
Your item will be sent via our nominated freight and courier service – Big Post Pty Ltd or Australia post.
Please note a re-delivery fee will be charged to you for items that are returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect from local depot.
We aim to provide door to door delivery for every customer. However, buyers in remote areas may be required to collect items from their nearest freight depot or post office.
If your product has been damaged during transit. You must contact us within 48hrs of receiving the package to discuss a resolution. Photo evidence must be provided.
30-Day Change of Mind Guarantee on stocked items only
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Change of mind for vehicle-specific products
We are unable to provide a full credit for change of mind returns on vehicle specific orders (i.e. For vehicle specific orders that are not held in stock – bull bars, suspension etc.) A 20% restocking and admin fee will be deducted from the final store credit amount.
Returned products must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a change of mind return. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories/tags etc.
Change of mind returns will need to be returned at your own cost. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. We will not issue a credit note before we have received your product back to our premises and checked it as being in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.
Late Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days from the date of purchase.
